Term 1 2017 Review

Term 1 was a great one to kick off the school year! We engaged over 30 schools in the first term of 2017, mostly during ‘mad’ March. We rolled out new programs, new equipment, and new procedures… a whole heap of new stuff at our fantastic new Sustainability Education Centre within Le Page Primary School in Cheltenham! We’ve received some great feedback from teachers and their students, new and returning, and some constructive suggestions which will see the return of our fun loving, eccentric characters like Professor Waste Wise and Queen Neptune.

Amy Gould LeagueIn Term 2 we welcome back two staff returning from maternity leave: Rebecca Ceveri and Amy Stace-Smith. Rebecca rejoins our wonderful team of sessional educators, and Amy our former Operations Manager returns in a new and exciting role as Relationships Manager one day a week. She will be in the office on Tuesdays, and you may hear from her soon! Amy will be responsible for strengthening our relationships with schools and collegiate network, and marketing our programs and services.

We’ve also got three new little members of our team in the form of digital devices that will help us to collect feedback from schools engaging with our Sustainability excursions at Cheltenham!

As always we welcome your feedback and encourage you to keep communication open with us as we find our feet in our new home!
