Kangaroos of Australia Poster

Kangaroos are the largest members of the macropods, (meaning large footed), a group that includes all wallabies, tree kangaroos and the smaller bettongs and “rat kangaroos”.  This group of marsupials is restricted to Australia and the island of New Guinea.

Wallabies are mostly browsers on leaves, and are generally smaller than kangaroos, which eat mostly grass.  The five largest macropod species are shown on the posters – the Red, Eastern Grey, Western Grey, Common Wallaroo and Antilopine Wallaroos.

The poster is 690cm x 170cm and features 3 activity sheets on the back to use in conjunction with this poster.
