In recognition of the International Year of Water Cooperation, Gould League can support your students in learning about Water in a number of ways.

A) Living Water (F-2) excursion in Moorabbin explores the water cycle, the effects we have on the health of our waterways and positive actions for water conservation.

B) Going with the Flow (Gr 7-10) excursion in Toolangi explores the importance of water in the Forest and investigates river health. 

C) Our ‘Living Water Literacy Kits’ with readers & big books exploring the importance of waterways to plants, animals and people.

Gould League Supporting ResourceSmart AuSSI Vic Consortia

Waste Smart Schools and Families Wrap

That’s a wrap! The Waste Smart Schools and Families pilot project, which concluded June 2014, explored the potential to divert waste to landfill and reduce contamination of recycling in the City of Boroondara municipality by engaging six Boroondara schools and two Early Education Centres and their families in waste management activities/behaviours.
