Notice of Gould League’s Annual General Meeting

An Annual General Meeting of members of Gould Group Limited (trading as Gould League) shall be held on Thursday 4th December, 2014 at the Gould Group Limited registered office, 4 Genoa St Moorabbin at 4:30 pm and via telephone conference.

Nature of the meeting’s business includes but is not limited to: consideration of the Annual Financial Report, Directors’ report, and Auditor’s report and election of directors.

At the meeting it is proposed to pass the following resolution as a Special Resolution: ‘That the Company adopt the new Constitution laid before the meeting’
