When ever we are impressed with an idea or a program, it is the problem of implementing it our selves that usually presents the greatest difficulty. In the emerging field of environmental education, the question and its difficulties are no less formidable and it is in the interests of provide one answer that “Environmental Starters” evolved.
Each of the activities presented have been a part of the Gould League’s in-service education programs. As such, it has been trialled and modified in practice – with children and adults.
